Dave Sattazahn

Founder/President – Dave grew up in the Hershey area and founded Environmental Controls & Service in 1988. After working in the HVAC since 1979, Dave started the company with one technician and has since grown to have a full office support staff and a fleet of service vehicles. He presently serves as President and oversees the daily operation of the company. He resides in the Palmyra area with his wife and two daughters. His personal interests include: whitetail deer hunting, spending time with his family, horse back riding and spending time at his camp in Mifflin County.

Andy Sattazahn

Sales/Service Manager – Andy was a distinguished honor graduate of the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center in the plumbing heating and air conditioning class. He has been in the HVAC trade since 1997 and was employed by EC&S in 2000. His certifications include EPA universal and 410A. He has personally inspected the factory where Whirlpool systems are made to insure their quality. He is well versed in the following areas: GeoThermal system, Radiant heat, boilers, refrigeration, oil burner training, gas furnaces, heat pump installation and service.

Jon Sattazahn

Operations Manager – Jon is the newest one to join the family business in 2007. He brings a wide array of talents to the business. He has worked in the business field since 1997 with most of his experience in the accounting side. He has a degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland. He moved back to this area in 2006 and lives in Elizabethtown with his wife. When he is not working he enjoys playing sports, going to the gym, and attending church activities.

Tim Cassel

Service Tech – Tim joined the team in 2007. He has been in the HVAC business since 1998. He is a graduate of Lebanon County Career and Technology Center. His home is in Palmyra. When he is not at work he enjoys watching the Philadelphia Eagles, Philly's, racing, going bowling, and going to demolition derbies.

Roger Hickoff

Service Tech - Roger joined the EC&S team in April of 2009.  He is a graduate of the University of California in PA.  He has an associated degree from Harrisburg Area Community College in heating and air conditioning.  In 2006 Roger was awarded the RSES student of the year with a 3.6 GPA.  Roger resides in Dillsburg with his Wife Michelle and three children.  In his spare time he enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, cooking buffalo wings and doing home improvements. 

Greg Brand

 Service Tech – Greg started with EC&S in June of 2009.  He has 13 years experience in plumbing, heating and air conditioning.  Greg graduated from Pennsylvania college of Technology.  He choose to work in the HVAC field because it is a consistent field that people are always in need of.  Greg choose to work for EC&S because he liked the company values and because it is family oriented.  Greg currently lives at Lake Wynonah with his wife and son.  Greg enjoys boating, jet skiing, camping, and spending time with family. 

Sean Gager

Service Tech - Sean started with EC&S in September of 2011.  He has experience working with Gas, Oil and Electric systems in both commercial and residential environments.  He currently lives in Elizabethtown with his family.

Melonie Pottieger

Dispatcher - Melonie joined EC&S in July 2011. She has over 25 years of experience in business administration, operations, management, human resources, purchasing and sales. Melonie has a BS degree in Consumer Services from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a BS degree in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania. She enjoys time with friends and family; cooking and entertaining; sports events; making jewelry and other artistic endeavors; and traveling. Melonie resides in Lancaster.
