I wanted to reach out & let you know what a great job Tim performed at our home this week.  We have been having trouble with the air conditioning and Tim took the time and thoroughly diagnosed the problem!  Parts needed to be ordered and when he came back to make the repair he had everything he needed and did a great job!  I was unable to be home when he completed the job, but would like if you could extend my thanks to him and we are enjoying the “cool” house this week!

THANK YOU for having an AWESOME group of guys!  I was SO happy that John ould get Tim here so quickly last Monday when our compressor went out - what a LIFE saver!  He (like the rest of the crew) was just so impressive - even Glenn was impressed and that is HARD to do!

I remember the Christmas Eve right after I my wife just had our 2 nd child our heat went out in our house. With a wife and 2 small children we could not make it to the next business day without heat. It was late in the evening and everything was closed for the holiday. Andy had always been our service tech from EC&S. I looked his number up and call him and told him about our problem. I could not believe it when he came over right away and fixed our furnace. Every year at Christmas time I remember how EC&S saved Christmas for us that year. For as long as I live I will remember Andy and EC&S for being there when I needed them most. Thank You EC&S

I have consistently suffered from Sinus infections every year before EC&S recommended a guardian Air UV light for my home.  I was able to try it risk free for 90 days during flu season.  It has been about a year since it was installed in my house.  Since that time I have not suffered from any sinus or allergy problems.  There service and explanation of the product was excellent.  Thanks EC&S
